  Me and my family usually spend $30 twice a month at this place. I usually pay the extra for double the meat on our subs and if you do they are nice full subs. This last time I ordered from them one of the subs seemed pretty skimpy. When I called and spoke to the manager he was very unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all. Apparently since his nephew made the subs and has no reason to lie to him, I was making up how crappy my $10 sub was. I had to rip off the half of the bread to be able to eat the sandwich. In the future this manager needs to learn customer service. Treating a customer like they are lying and saying "I'm not sure what I can do for you" especially with the tone of voice I was given, you will not continue to have sales growth. At this point I said never mind. I will just never go there again. They lost our business! There are other places we can go where if I feel I have an issue they will do something to help me.

  This place has had some of the best customer service that I've ever encountered and some of the tastiest food I've ever had. That said, the TO DIE FOR menu items for me personally are their cheesy bread and their wings. The bread is cut into triangles and comes with marinara (which is strikingly good). The wings are hands down awesome; better than B-Dubs and better than any other wings I've ever tried. They are perfectly golden brown and just melt in your mouth. My only word of advice is don't get their BBQ sauce unless you like Open Pit because they are pretty comparable.
