  Went for soup and salad. Explained to our waitress Amelia that we were on our lunch hour. Soup took half hour. Salads 15 minutes later......never offered refills...asked for our bills..he stopped at a table holding our bills in front of her face and made a comment to that table about us. We just left money on table. Didn't even get change. Called manager Derrick...blew us off with.." Well by the numbers I can tell we were busy" Worst service we have ever had! Won't be back.

  I will never be back to this restaurant. My family and I have been there quite a few times but this last time was the worst. We waited for our food to arrive for 2 hours. Out of 9 dishes 3 were cold, the chicken parm was dry and 1 was never made and it was an appetizer. When we told the manager he didn't seem to care at all. Then after eating it took a half hour to get our checks we attempted to speak with the manager yet again and he still did not care. Our family dinner took 3 hours and we were celebrating 2 birthdays. Terrible management will never be back.

  Had a terrible experience here. Part of the bread was moldy and both the server and manager didn't seem to care. Manager tried to tell us it was rosemary or oregano when it was clearly blueish mold. He didn't offer to take care of anything on our bill and didn't even apologize. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation and could careless.
